Hi, I’m Annie.
A menstrual cycle educator and certified yoga teacher on a mission to help women heal their menstrual cycle naturally.
I know what it’s like to have irregular, heavy, and painful periods. To feel like you’re on an emotional rollercoaster with no exit. For a long time, I thought my symptoms were the problem. But what I’ve learned is that they were never the real issue, they were messages from my body asking me to listen.
The real problem was how disconnected I was from myself and my cycle. Once I connected to my cycle deeply and learned her language, the real magic started to happen. I understood my body’s unique rhythm and how to work with her, not against her.
This is why I created Flow in Cycle!
